is there wifi at Auchrannie?

Auchrannie offers customers free wi-fi across much of the estate.

Wifi is available in all house hotel and spa resort bedrooms and in all our lodges. It is also available in most public areas including restaurants and the Playbarn.

   

does auchrannie offer beauty treatments?

We offfer a wide range of treatments for both ladies and gents. Services include massage, facials, waxing and manicures. We also have an on-site hair salon. For more information please see our Pamper page.

where can i view your restaurant menus?

is auchrannie a non-smoking resort?

In line with current legislation all internal areas of the resort are non-smoking. Guests however are welcome to smoke on the balcony of Cruize Bar Brasserie and at any of our other designated external smoking areas.

   

what is the difference between auchrannie hotel and spa?

what times do the ferries sail?

For up to date information of ferry timetables we recommend using the 'Caledonian MacBrayne' website which contains information on sailing time to and from the Island from both Ardrossan and the Kintyre peninsula.

   

what time can i check-in and check out?

You can check-in any time from 2pm and check out is before 11am. You may use the facilities including swimming pools up until 5pm on your day of departure. Should you require, we can store your bags until your departure time, please ask at reception.

   

can Auchrannie cater for allergies?

We will do our very best to ensure that those with allergies can be catered for whilst staying with us. We do recommend that you contact us on +44 (0)1770 302 234 in advance of your stay to ensure that special requirements are in place before your arrival.

   

can your restaurants cater for special dietary requirements?

All our restaurants can cater to most requirements, however we do recommend that you notify us in advance  in order that the restaurants can ensure the correct ingredients are in stock.

   

does auchrannie accepts dogs / pets?

We are able to accommodate dogs in both our hotels and also in our luxury lodges.  However you must notify us during the booking process to ensure we have suitable accommodation available for your stay.  You can read a copy of our "doggy rules" by clicking on the link below.

Where can i view your latest tariff / rates?

Our rates change daily. Throughout the year we also run numerous special promotions and packages details of which can be found on our Special Offers page.

do you offer a pick up service from the ferry?

Guests travelling without their own transport can take advantage of our courtesy mini bus services which operates between the resort and Brodick ferry terminal.

For arrivals, the service leaves the ferry port after all passengers have disembarked the ferry.

For drop offs, the mini bus departs from outside the main doors of the spa and hotel 30 minutes prior to scheduled ferry sailing times. Guests wishing to use this service are advised to book in advance by calling us on +44 (0)1770 302 234
