Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue.
The maximum value of monetary gift vouchers is £50 and all orders for monetary gift vouchers above this value will be made up of multiple vouchers (e.g. a £250 gift voucher will comprise 5 x £50 vouchers).
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded or replaced.
Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
Where gift vouchers and purchased for specific products and services and the price of that product subsequently changes then the bearer of the gift voucher will be responsible for paying the difference between the original gift voucher value and the new price.
Allow up to 5 working days for delivery of gift vouchers by first class post. For delivery within 2 working days please use the "Special Delivery" option. International orders may take up to 14 working days for delivery.
Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Vouchers
Customers who purchase vouchers for accommodation may choose from any of our standard tariffs (see current tariff for more details). The voucher can be exchange for the number of nights specified on the voucher on all tariffs up to and including the tariff shown on the voucher.
Where the customer stays at a tariff higher than that shown on the voucher they will be liable to pay the difference between the tariff shown on the voucher and the tariff applicable to their actual stay.
Where the customer stays at a lower tariff than that shown on the voucher, no refund or credit will be due.
Weekend stays are subject to 2 night minimum.
