Embracing our passion for tradition & elegance e i g h t e e n69 is Auchrannie's flagship restaurant holding 2 AA Rosettes and a silver EatScotland award. Enjoy a glass of champagne or a drink in the bar while you relax in deep comfy couches in front of roaring open fires in our original lounges built in 1869.
In the glasshouse, overlooking the gardens, you can enjoy an individually priced menu exquisitely prepared with vibrant, contemporary Scottish flair and quietly efficient service within an ambient and relaxing environment. We also offer a seven course tasting menu complimented by specially selected fine wines for that special dining experience.
The restaurant can be extremely busy and early booking is advised.

Brambles Brasserie : imaginative fusion cuisine
Using exclusively fresh produce, Brambles provides quality dining in a delightfully informal atmosphere. The menu offers superb seafood, mouth watering steaks and an excellent range of alternative dishes prepared with flair and imagination.
During the day Brambles is open for snacks, light lunches, pastries, drinks and coffees.
For children, we offer a freshly prepared children' menu or smaller portions of dishes adapted from the main menu. Brambles is situated at the hotel and is open 5 days per week. Advance bookings is recommended.

Cruize Café Bar : eclectic dining for all the family
Cruize offers a touch of "urban chic" in stylish, fashionable surroundings. Chill out in comfy couches in our large contemporary bar which is open daily for drinks, coffees, cakes, bar meals and snacks.
The vibrant Café Cruize with its beech floors and great views of Glen Cloy is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In the evenings, our menu offers a range of traditional,modern and international dishes to suit all the family plus our popular carvery each weekend. We offer a comprehensive children's menu and our "Kids Buffet" is available during busy school holiday periods.
The games zone, soft play and internet room, situated adjacent to Cruize, are available to keep the younger members of the family amused.
Our largest bar & restaurant, Cruize, is in the Spa Resort and booking is not required except for larger parties.
