Hogmanay & events tickets
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Children's tickets relate to children up to and including the age of 12.
Tickets will be despatched by post prior to the event, you should receive your tickets no less than 6 weeks prior to an event. Tickets for hogmanay events will be despatched during november.
General terms and conditions for gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue.
The maximum value of monetary gift vouchers is £50 and all orders for monetary gift vouchers above this value will be made up of multiple vouchers (e.g. a £250 gift voucher will comprise 5 x £50 vouchers).
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded or replaced.
Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
Where gift vouchers and purchased for specific products and services and the price of that product subsequently changes then the bearer of the gift voucher will be responsible for paying the difference between the original gift voucher value and the new price.
Allow up to 5 working days for delivery of gift vouchers by first class post. for delivery within 2 working days please use the "special delivery" option. International orders may take up to 14 working days for delivery.

"25% Christmas Bonus Vouchers" are valid from 4th Janaury 2012 until 30th June 2012 on accommodation only.
