At Auchrannie we want our guests to worry less about things not going quite to plan, ensuring when things don’t work out, we are there to support them. That's why we implemented our Book With Confidence policy. If you were due to arrive today and have experienced issues with the ferries, we ask that you still get in touch with us directly to discuss your booking.

When do I pay for my accommodation?

Can I leave a tip?

At Auchrannie, we strongly believe that all of our team members contribute to the awesome service experience received by our guests and we believe in the full and fair distribution of tips and gratuities.
